Surface Treatment & Insulation

Tin Plating

Electrolytic tin plating for reduced contact resistance, corrosion protection, and solderability. Thickness per drawing or ASTM B545 specification.

Electrolytic silver plating for maximum conductivity and minimal contact resistance in high-frequency, high-temperature, or high-reliability applications.

Epoxy Coating

Thermocontractile Sleeving

Heat shrink sleeve application for insulation and phase identification. Applied in-house using controlled heat tooling for consistent fit and finish.

Liquid Paint

Liquid paint for phase identification, corrosion resistance, and customer color coding. Idead for large and complex assemblies where epoxy is not required.

Dielectric foam and insulating tape applied for space-constrained assemblies. Precision application per drawing for clean, consistent production results.

Quality & Testing

03.01

Hipot Testing

High-potential dielectric withstand testing to verify insulation integrity. Test voltage applied per IEC/UL specification or OEM requirement. 100% testing available for coated and insulated parts.

Continuity & Resistance

4-wire resistance measurement and continuity verification for assembled busbars and multi-piece assemblies. Tested prior to shipment to ensure electrical perfomance.

Dimensional Inspection

CMM and optical inspection performed against engineering drawings. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports generated for all new programs with ongoing SPC monitoring during production.

Material Certification

Lot-traceable mill certifications included with every shipment. Copper and aluminum grades supplied per ASTM standards including C110, C101, 6101, and 1350.
